My name is Alisa Fellig, our family has been active in the Real Estate market for over 45 years. Together with my Husband, Getzy Fellig and our partners we operate a multifamily portfolio of over 3,000 units in the US.

Initially skeptical, we explored the installation of water efficiency valves in our properties after a recommendation from an industry colleague. We decided to test this solution in four of our multifamily properties. The results were remarkable—water expenses fell by more than 20% in each property.

Motivated by these substantial cost savings, I founded NOIValve to help other property owners and managers achieve similar benefits in water efficiency.
